Salmon Falls Resort Ketchikan, Ketchikan

I had a great time overall, but there were definitely some bumps along the way. The location was fantastic and the fishing experience was exciting, but the communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. While the rooms were average, the dining options were varied and enjoyable, though service was slow at times. I would consider returning to fish again in the future, but with some reservations about the staff's attentiveness.

Our stay at Salmon Falls was great overall, with beautiful views and excellent fishing options. The staff was welcoming, and the food was tastier than we expected. However, the noisy float planes were quite disruptive, and the slow service at breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

Salmon Falls Resort truly exceeded my expectations with stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional staff who genuinely care about your experience. The location along the water made for a beautiful backdrop, and I felt entirely pampered throughout my stay. While the room wasn't anything extravagant, it was clean, and the restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had. However, if you’re looking for a more lively town atmosphere, this resort may feel a bit remote since it's not in the heart of Ketchikan.

I had an incredible time at the resort, already planning my next visit! The views were breathtaking, and the opportunities for fishing and crabbing were unforgettable. However, I did face some hiccups with customer service during my stay, which dampened an otherwise perfect experience.
